Responsibilities:
 Repair major and minor issues with rental property
 Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
 Order and replace broken parts or equipment
 Maintain a clean and a safe work space
 Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
 Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
 Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
 Deadline and detail-oriented
 Ability to handle physical workload

$14 to $15 an hour Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation

We are seeking a part-time seasonal Lawn Maintenance person. You will perform general grass and lawn care for our rental properties.

 Must have a valid driver’s license
 Must be able to drive a trailer to haul the lawn equipment to each job site
 Maintain a clean and safe work space
 Perform other duties as assigned
 Previous experience in related fields
 Ability to handle physical workload

$12 an hour NO BENEFITS
