Become a Resident. How to Apply?
Complete applications in person or online. Simply find the available rental on our website and follow the link to Apply. We are simple, secure and efficient!
How much does it cost to apply?
The application fee is $40.00 . We do a background check, credit check, national eviction search, employment verification and prior rental verification. We also have minimum income requirement of 3 times the monthly rent.
How long will it take to process?
We will give you an answer as quickly as possible. The quicker you are able to provide the required documents, the quicker the process. Please note that some of the information we require comes from 3rd party sources such as your employer and current/prior landlord.
How much money will I need to move in?
You will need first months rent and the deposit fee which is the same as first months rent.
How long are the leases?
Our leases are 24 months but locks in your rent rate for those 2 years.
How do I pay rent?
You can pay online on the portal for no extra costs or your can pay in person at our office!
Do you allow pets?
No, sorry! No pets allowed.
Moving out, what do I need to do to receive my full security deposit back?
You need to give a 30 day notice and make sure the property is cleaned and not damaged and you are moving out at the end of your leasing term ( not breaking the lease).
I have a maintenance issue. How do I request maintenance or service repair?
For prompt service please submit a maintenance request through your online Resident Portal. This will connect you with our Project Manager. We will help troubleshoot the problem and determine the appropriate course of action. For calls after hours and on weekends and holidays, we will dispatch a technician if it is an emergency.
I want to purchase a home. Can you help me?
Absolutely. We can help guide you through the process. If not, we have a network of Realtors who can assist you in finding the perfect home. Please reach out to your Property Manager for more details.
